Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wire transfer team, ensuring efficient processing of wire transfers
• Manage and train wire specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to wire transfers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with payment systems and networks such as SWIFT, ACH, and Fedwire
• Comprehensive knowledge of the wire transfer transaction lifecycle
• Expertise in designing and optimizing wire transfer workflows
• Understanding of security measures for protecting wire transfer information
• Ability to analyze wire transfer data and develop solutions for efficiency improvements
