- Interview, hire, and coach staff while managing their performance and career growth
- Lead strategic business planning and provide forecasting and analysis expertise

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Two (2) years of call center technology and operations experience
- One (1) year of experience in a Workforce Management role
- Three (3) years of leadership or management experience
- Experience with Workforce Management tools/platforms
