Key Responsibilities
  • Interview, hire, and coach staff while managing their performance and career growth
  • Lead strategic business planning and provide forecasting and analysis expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workflow issues and recommend action plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience
  • Two (2) years of call center technology and operations experience
  • One (1) year of experience in a Workforce Management role
  • Three (3) years of leadership or management experience
  • Experience with Workforce Management tools/platforms
