Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader who will oversee the daily operations of a team of Customer Service Associates in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team performance by setting expectations, monitoring results, and providing coaching and motivation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recommend operational improvements
- Monitor staff performance and participate in hiring and performance appraisal processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced leadership role
- Familiarity with contact center tools and systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Good attendance record, with at least 85% for the last 90 days
- Preferred experience in a call center environment
