Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader who will oversee the daily operations of a team of Customer Service Associates in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team performance by setting expectations, monitoring results, and providing coaching and motivation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recommend operational improvements
  • Monitor staff performance and participate in hiring and performance appraisal processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced leadership role
  • Familiarity with contact center tools and systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends
  • Good attendance record, with at least 85% for the last 90 days
  • Preferred experience in a call center environment
