Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team performance by setting job expectations, coaching, and enforcing policies
  • Ensure compliance with client service agreements and recommend operational improvements
  • Monitor staff performance and participate in hiring and performance appraisal processes
Required Qualifications
