Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of Technical Support Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team performance by setting job expectations, coaching, and enforcing policies
- Ensure compliance with client service agreements and recommend operational improvements
- Monitor staff performance and participate in hiring and performance appraisal processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced leadership role
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours in a 24x7 environment
