Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader to manage and guide a team of representatives in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of representatives
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a role equivalent to the representative supported
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Previous client-facing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools such as CRM
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
