Job Summary

Leading a team of agents, the full-time Team Leader will manage day-to-day operations, drive performance-based culture, and foster strong relationships while working in a hybrid environment in Melbourne, FL.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee operational success and performance management of the team, including coaching and motivating agents
  • Maintain open communication with clients and internal departments, ensuring adherence to program metrics and quality standards
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate team meetings to discuss operations and employee development
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some secondary education preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a contact center environment
  • Experience in coaching and delivering employee performance management is required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is necessary
