Job Summary

Key responsibilities
  • Drive operational process improvements and recommend changes to enhance service line performance
  • Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and conduct routine quality audits
  • Facilitate regular communication with staff regarding goals, changes, and best practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in operations account processing
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
  • Basic to intermediate financial skills
  • Familiarity with Fair Employment Practices and Office Protocol/Telephone Etiquette
