Job Summary
Overseeing a dedicated team in a virtual environment, the full-time Team Leader will manage daily performance metrics, ensure high-quality member interactions, and provide ongoing coaching to empower team members in securing vital benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Drive operational process improvements and recommend changes to enhance service line performance
- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and conduct routine quality audits
- Facilitate regular communication with staff regarding goals, changes, and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in operations account processing
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
- Basic to intermediate financial skills
- Familiarity with Fair Employment Practices and Office Protocol/Telephone Etiquette
