Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of Member Service Professionals, the full-time Team Leader - Centurion Lounge will coach and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service while managing team performance and operational improvements at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport lounge.
Key responsibilities
- Creating a cohesive team environment and coaching staff to provide a premium guest experience
- Managing team performance, setting goals, and providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities
- Collaborating with food and beverage partners to enhance the customer experience and identifying operational improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proactive customer service experience, preferably in a premium service setting
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and implement policies effectively
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving and measuring business results
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
