Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of Member Service Professionals, the full-time Team Leader - Centurion Lounge will coach and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service, manage performance metrics, and ensure operational excellence at the SEA Airport lounge.
Key responsibilities
- Creating a cohesive team environment and providing continuous coaching and development
- Monitoring customer interactions to ensure a high-touch, premium experience for all lounge guests
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and implementing creative solutions to enhance business growth
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proactive customer service experience, preferably in premium servicing
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience
- Demonstrated passion for service with the ability to resolve customer issues
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
