Job Summary
Leading a team focused on financial performance analysis, the full-time Team Leader, Financial Reporting will oversee the preparation of financial statements and drive continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a liaison for Sales & Marketing in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and approval of financial analysis and reporting for Self-Funded health plans
- Drive the preparation of financial and business-related analysis and oversee departmental budget development
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for Sales & Marketing on self-funded group matters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Previous leadership experience, including coaching or leading process improvement initiatives
- Experience partnering with Sales/Account Management/Underwriting
- Experience leading through change, such as process redesign or system transitions
