Job Summary

Leading a team focused on financial performance analysis, the full-time Team Leader, Financial Reporting will oversee the preparation of financial statements and drive continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a liaison for Sales & Marketing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and approval of financial analysis and reporting for Self-Funded health plans
  • Drive the preparation of financial and business-related analysis and oversee departmental budget development
  • Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for Sales & Marketing on self-funded group matters
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Previous leadership experience, including coaching or leading process improvement initiatives
  • Experience partnering with Sales/Account Management/Underwriting
  • Experience leading through change, such as process redesign or system transitions
