Team Leader for Humanitarian Evaluation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader for a global evaluation on humanitarian access in complex and high-threat environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation process and ensure methodological rigor
• Assign tasks and responsibilities across the evaluation team
• Manage deliverables and coordinate with the Evaluation Office

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social sciences, international relations, or related fields
• Over 15 years of experience leading multidisciplinary evaluations focused on humanitarian action
• In-depth knowledge of evaluation methodologies and mixed method approaches
• Experience with remote and in-person data collection and ethical considerations in evidence generation
• Strong understanding of the UN system and UN programming
