Team Leader for Political Economy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader (International Expert) for a Political Economy Analysis of the social protection system in Libya.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and administrative implementation of study components
• Serve as the main contact for GIZ and coordinate support from national experts
• Present key findings to stakeholders and finalize the study for submission

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of research experience in social protection systems and political economy analysis
• At least 2 years of experience managing research teams
• Proven knowledge of social protection systems in rentier state/oil-exporting countries
• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written
