Team Leader II, Hospital

Job Summary

Providing direction on inventory and client-specific priorities, the remote Team Leader II, Hospital will manage team members, ensure compliance with client protocols, and assist with account closures and quality assurance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors inventory backlog and reviews reports to ensure adherence to client protocols
• Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings for coaching and mentoring team members
• Prepares client-facing responses to inquiries and assists management with ad hoc inventory initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital, physician practice, payer, RCM vendor, or customer service role
• Understanding of debt collection rules and regulations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for effective inventory management
• Ability to read and interpret various documents, including contracts and medical records
