Job Summary
Providing direction on inventory and client-specific priorities, the remote Team Leader II, Low Balance will manage team members, analyze inventory, ensure compliance with client protocols, and assist with account closures and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitors inventory backlog and reviews reports to ensure compliance with client protocols
- Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings to provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Escalates complex accounts to management to ensure effective account progression
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role within a hospital, physician practice, or RCM vendor
- Understanding of debt collection rules and regulations
- Adherence to HIPAA requirements
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills for effective inventory management and record keeping
