Team Leader II, Physician

Job Summary

Providing direction on inventory and client-specific priorities, the remote Team Leader II, Physician will manage team members, analyze inventory, ensure compliance with client protocols, and assist with account closures and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors inventory backlog and reviews reports to ensure compliance with client protocols
• Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings to provide coaching and mentoring to team members
• Escalates complex accounts to management to ensure effective progress

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare or customer service role
• Understanding of debt collection rules and regulations
• Adherence to HIPAA requirements
• Advanced computer proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills for effective inventory management and record keeping
