Job Summary
Leading a team of Member Service Professionals, the full-time Team Leader - Lounge Services will coach and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service at the Centurion Lounge in Dallas Fort Worth Airport while managing performance and operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Creating a cohesive team environment and coaching for high-touch, premium guest experiences
- Evaluating team performance and developing individual action plans to drive results
- Collaborating with food and beverage partners to enhance the customer experience and implementing operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proactive customer service experience, preferably in premium servicing
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive and measure business results
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
