Team Leader OneSource

Job Summary

Managing a team of service technicians and administrators, the full-time Team Leader OneSource will ensure contractual obligations are met for the client Sanofi in the southern region of France while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with QHSE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of services and ensure compliance with QHSE rules and client obligations
• Monitor inventory management and optimize scheduling for service interventions
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or Electronics)
• Experience in a laboratory environment and familiarity with laboratory equipment (e.g., HPLC, GC)
• Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management
