Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader Specialty Deposits to manage a team of Relationship Managers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Specialty Deposits Relationship Managers and develop sales management strategies
• Develop new deposit relationships and prepare relationship plans for clients and prospects
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and represent the bank in community and professional activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Treasury Services/Treasury Management product sales
• Minimum 10 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relationship management experience in financial services
• Broad understanding of Treasury Services products and policies
• Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities
