Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Manager - Synapse.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Shared Services teams supporting local branch offices
• Manage patient order reviews and coordinate necessary medical equipment and supplies
• Provide coaching and performance management for team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Proven work experience in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and groups
