Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Team Manager, the position will manage day-to-day operations of the client team, oversee performance metrics, and ensure successful project delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise client team operations, including performance evaluations and work distribution
• Develop the Project Management team through succession planning and individual development initiatives
• Ensure proactive communication with clients and effective management of study milestones, budget, and risk

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of people leadership experience with direct reports
• 2 or more years of experience overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven strengths in planning and organizational execution
