Leading a team of Agents, the full-time remote Team Manager, Senior Talent Agent will coach and mentor team members, drive performance, and contribute to sales while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team to enhance performance and accountability
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to provide guidance, feedback, and strategic direction
• Collaborate with leadership to align on team priorities and business opportunities

• 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing
