Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Manager Womens Health Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective delivery of care and support the achievement of patient, departmental, and organizational goals
• Manage a team of Nurse Practitioners, including scheduling, patient management coverage, and employee management
• Assist with clinical leadership, chart review, performance improvement, and resource support for medical assistants

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Women's Health or multi-specialty
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a position managing Nurse Practitioners
• Clinical expertise in protocols, care models, and team-based care delivery
• Passionate about growing access to midlife care
• Ability to mentor new hires and provide guidance on patient issues
