Teaming Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance productivity and capacity for financial advisors, the full-time Teaming Consultant will work remotely to develop teaming strategies, provide subject matter expertise, and deliver advanced business support while collaborating with field leadership and matrixed partners.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with field sales leadership to develop and deploy strategies that enhance productivity and drive positive sales outcomes
• Provide tailored guidance to financial advisors and teams through one-on-one and group sessions to implement complex growth strategies
• Develop customized plans to enhance leadership capabilities and create resources for team formation and operational needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience guiding financial advisors through teaming initiatives or collaborative practice-building programs
• Practice management experience with advanced teaming structures and expertise in client service models
• Experience in content creation and facilitation, with strong presentation skills for various group settings
• Proficient with internal sales advice platforms and tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
