Teammate Relations Advisor

Job Summary

To support and enhance teammate and client family relations, the full-time remote Teammate Relations Advisor will conduct internal investigations related to workplace policy violations, safety concerns, and employee relations while collaborating with various departments to ensure thorough and unbiased outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal employee relations investigations and gather relevant information to support written reports
• Create and maintain organized records of investigations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Participate in process creation and improvement activities related to employee relations and workplace safety

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in human resources or internal investigations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage background information effectively
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and collaborate with diverse constituencies
• Strong critical thinking and judgment skills for developing investigative questions
