Teammate Relations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teammate Relations Consultant to join a healthcare organization in Birmingham, Alabama, through a remote, temporary contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive, end-to-end teammate investigations in alignment with policies and procedures
• Conduct high-quality, professional investigations into complex teammate relations issues and provide clear reporting and recommendations
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend training and programs to strengthen teammate relations and mitigate risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) is desired
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or teammate support
• Prior experience in Employee Confidentiality and Employee Relations, specifically in investigating employee issues
• Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, iCIMS, and UltiPro
• Effective interpersonal skills
