Teammate Relations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teammate Relations Consultant to support the HR team in a remote, short-term contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct impartial investigations on complex teammate relations issues while maintaining confidentiality
• Deliver clear and accurate written findings and recommendations in line with organizational policies
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal on policy interpretation, compliance, and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Teammate Relations, or Employee Relations
• Strong experience in conducting workplace investigations
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow preferred
