Job Summary
A company is looking for a Teammate Relations Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end teammate investigations and provide thorough reports and recommendations
- Act as a subject matter expert on policy interpretation and provide consistent recommendations
- Analyze data to identify trends and make proactive recommendations for training and education
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred
- 5+ years of HR or related teammate support experience
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, iCIMS, and UltiPro preferred
