Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teammate Relations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end teammate investigations and provide thorough reports and recommendations
• Act as a subject matter expert on policy interpretation and provide consistent recommendations
• Analyze data to identify trends and make proactive recommendations for training and education

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferred
• 5+ years of HR or related teammate support experience
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, iCIMS, and UltiPro preferred
