Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teams Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Teams Rooms (MTRs) deployments and ensure optimal configuration and user experience
• Act as the first line of expertise for customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively
• Conduct network readiness assessments and provide guidance on Teams core features and administration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in Unified Communications or IT consulting
• Proven experience with Teams Phone and MS Teams Rooms (MTRs)
• Strong understanding of network dependencies for Teams media flows
• Deep familiarity with Teams as a platform and proficiency in MS 365 services
• Experience with troubleshooting tools for Teams devices and call quality
