Tech Analyst IV

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Tech Analyst IV will provide leadership on initiatives, recommend solutions to complex issues, and develop process improvements while ensuring a high level of service and support to peers and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small-scale projects and document processes for team adherence
• Mentor peers in technology disciplines and proactively address customer needs
• Maintain systems, document environments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline preferred, or 6-8 years of equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Linux server administration experience, including command-line and software deployment
• Hands-on experience with Rocket Enterprise Server and familiarity with Rocket Enterprise Developer
• Solid understanding of operating Linux workloads in an AWS environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
