Tech Analyst IV

Job Summary

Providing leadership on initiatives and projects, the contract Tech Analyst IV will work remotely to recommend and implement solutions to complex issues, develop process improvements, and mentor others in technical disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute technical responsibilities while producing deliverables proficiently across various technology disciplines
• Document processes and procedures, ensuring continuous support and high-level service to leadership and peers
• Anticipate and meet internal or external customer needs, actively seeking ways to add value within the scope of assignments

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline preferred, or 6-8 years of equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Linux server administration experience, including command-line and software deployment capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Rocket Enterprise Server and familiarity with Rocket Enterprise Developer
• Solid understanding of operating Linux workloads in an AWS environment
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
