Tech and Operations Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Tech and Operations Lead will manage internal systems, collaborate with team members, and handle a variety of operational tasks involving tech tools and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Load emails into the emailing tool and ensure error-free communication
• Set up courses on the website and assist with the registration process
• Manage payroll, payments, billing, and invoicing for the team

Required qualifications

• Proficient in WordPress, Google Suite, social media posting, and project management tools (ClickUp or Asana)
• Experience with CRM systems for email management, such as Action Network
• High attention to detail with excellent proofing and copyediting skills
• Committed experience with movement work and familiarity with Black/brown-led groups
• Ability to multitask and effectively communicate across various platforms
