Tech Architect / Lead Developer

Job Summary

To accelerate the build-out of the next generation online banking platform, the full-time remote Tech Architect / Lead Developer (.NET) will architect and develop using ASP.NET Core and C#, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enhanced solutions for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build the new ASP.NET Core / C# online banking platform, including system design and API contracts
• Lead and mentor a small agile team, running sprints and ensuring delivery commitments
• Collaborate with technology leaders and product teams to translate business needs into robust solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building modern, data-intensive .NET web applications with a proven tech-lead track record
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET, strong SQL skills, and solid REST API experience
• Experience in financial services or online banking, preferably with platforms serving US banks or credit unions
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM application development and orchestration frameworks like LangChain
• Strong understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS), DevOps practices, and compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2)
