Tech Business Analyst / Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst / Product Owner (TechBA/PO) for a full-time remote position, who will manage stakeholder engagement, gather requirements, and oversee backlog management while driving product strategy and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Bridge business needs with technology solutions through effective stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• Drive product strategy and oversee backlog creation and maintenance in alignment with Agile methodologies
• Create visual diagrams documenting user flows and manage release planning, including setting and maintaining release goals

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client-facing engagements as a Tech Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Proven expertise in writing user stories and experience with backlog management
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle
