Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with C-level clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact
- Drive client retention by connecting clients with relevant Gartner resources and insights
- Define and deliver customized service solutions based on clients' business contexts and goals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior product leadership role or management consulting supporting CPOs
- Deep expertise in Enterprise Application Software, Infrastructure Software, or Security markets
- Experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives
- Proven ability to leverage external research and expert networks for client value
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
