Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Communications & Change Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, define user personas, and create journey maps
Collaborate in the development of training materials and marketing collateral for IT initiatives
Assist in the development of change management plans and wireframes for applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an art or design-related field preferred
Minimum of 3+ years experience in Change Design
Expert knowledge of visual design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint
Online portfolio demonstrating problem-solving abilities in design projects
