Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Developer to support modernization initiatives for the Veterans Health Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-assisted processes for issue routing and categorization
Develop user-friendly intake interfaces and optimize backend data handling
Lead and mentor a technical team while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in application development, particularly with low-code/no-code tools
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI)
Working knowledge of AI and NLP applications in intake/classification use cases
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and SharePoint Lists
