Tech Education Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of technical learning programs, the full-time Tech Education Program Manager will manage program timelines, coordinate logistics for virtual learning sessions, and partner with internal and external contributors to ensure effective delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program timelines, project plans, and operational processes for multiple workstreams
• Coordinate logistics for virtual learning sessions, including course enrollment and speaker preparation
• Track and report on program metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a technical learning and development or HR role
• Strong understanding of technology and engineering organizations
• Experience coordinating technical learning events or large-scale programs end-to-end
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with learning platforms
• Ability to apply graphic and visual design principles to learning content
