Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead for their Partner and Internal Tooling squad.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the technical direction of the product segment to ensure valuable, feasible, usable, and viable features
Mentor and support junior engineers in their growth and development
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems and lead technical decisions for the team

Required Qualifications:

Strong background in Ruby on Rails
Experience in proactive problem-solving and scoping and planning projects
Ability to build relationships, mentor teammates, and promote psychological safety within the team
Demonstrated technical leadership skills and the capacity to assess project feasibility and risks
Experience in delivering value, maintaining quality, and fostering shared learnings within the team
