Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead to oversee the development of mobile applications and implement AI Native SDLC processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment
• Oversee the development of high-quality web applications using Node.js and manage project priorities
• Define and implement AI Native SDLC processes and act as the primary technical contact for non-technical leadership

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in web development with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams
• AI integration experience and familiarity with modern SaaS distributed architectures
• Senior-level proficiency with ReactJS, NodeJS, and any SQL database
• Knowledge of information security and defensive programming
