Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead to oversee high-performance systems and drive technical excellence in Core Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define the technical vision and architectural excellence for Core Services
• Lead the design of distributed microservices for high-volume financial transactions while ensuring data integrity
• Conduct code reviews, mentor senior engineers, and establish standards for Go and Python development

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Python
• Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) regarding transaction isolation levels and schema migrations
• Strong experience with Kafka for building resilient workflows
• Advanced knowledge of AWS and container orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes
