Tech Lead - AI/ML

Job Summary

To support the Pharmacy AI/ML Center of Excellence, the hybrid Tech Lead - AI/ML will manage solution design and execution, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive AI-driven innovations and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and operations teams to gather requirements and identify AI/ML-driven process improvement opportunities
• Lead solution design efforts and provide technical direction to AI Engineers, ML Engineers, and Data Scientists
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in gathering business requirements and leading complex project delivery efforts
• Strong hands-on technical background with experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science initiatives
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Pharmacy, PBM, Payer, or Health Services
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
