Tech Lead - AI/ML

Job Summary

To support the Pharmacy AI/ML Center of Excellence, the hybrid Tech Lead - AI/ML will manage solution design and execution, collaborate with business stakeholders, and provide technical direction to AI and ML teams while driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and operations teams to gather requirements and identify AI/ML-driven process improvement opportunities
• Lead solution design efforts and provide technical direction across AI Engineers, ML Engineers, and Data Scientists
• Drive end-to-end ownership of strategic AI and machine learning initiatives from planning through implementation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in gathering business requirements and leading complex project delivery efforts
• Strong hands-on technical background with experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Analytics initiatives
• Healthcare industry experience required; Pharmacy, PBM, Payer, or Health Services experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
