Key Responsibilities
- Drive architectural direction and design scalable solutions for the data layer

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Java Backend Engineer
- Proficiency in Java and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB) or Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
- Practical experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, and Docker
- Strong project management skills
- Willingness to take ownership of the codebase and operational software
