Tech Lead, Data Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery end to end from technical specs to phased migrations and deprecation plans
• Design and implement backend services that handle complex business logic and integrations
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and collaborate with various teams to understand requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong Python fluency, with experience in building production services
• Deep relational database experience, preferably with PostgreSQL
• Experience designing and building APIs that other teams depend on
