Tech Lead Engineer

Job Summary

To support the evolution of compliance engineering, the remote Tech Lead Engineer will shape technical direction, drive platform modernization, and enhance engineering practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define technical direction and delivery sequencing
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and architectural improvements in collaboration with Architecture and Infrastructure teams
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning through design reviews and technical coaching

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of backend software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in .NET/C#, Azure Cloud Services, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architecture
• Proven ability to define technical strategy and influence architectural direction across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of financial and transactional systems, including order lifecycle and accounting integrations
• Experience improving observability and operational excellence using monitoring platforms like Dynatrace
