Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Tech Lead Engineer on a contract-to-perm basis, this role focuses on mentoring a team of developers while driving the integration of AI tools into workflows and ensuring high-quality code standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of creative web developers and manage AI agent roles across various technical domains

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in software/full stack web development, with 3+ years in a technical lead role
• Proven experience with advanced AI tools and architectures
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, particularly React and Next.js
• Deep experience with headless CMS systems and cloud platforms like AWS
