Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Delegate tasks and provide guidance to junior software engineers while monitoring their performance
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from needs analysis to software design, testing, and development
Establish technical direction, resolve disagreements, and ensure quality in team deliverables

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in the entire software development lifecycle
Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, .NET, or Python
Experience with hardware, systems, and coding
Ability to troubleshoot software issues and debug large databases
