Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, the full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems that facilitate real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, ensuring reliability and performance while leading a team of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with services
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, etc.)
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
