Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, this full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, leading a team to ensure reliability and performance of web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications
• Oversee frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and service integration
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures (e.g., Angular, TypeScript, RxJS)
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
