Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response, to own mission-critical full-stack systems for real-time collaboration in autonomous vehicle support, this full-time position will lead a team of engineers in ensuring the reliability and performance of web applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and seamless integration with services
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, etc.)
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
